The “Nail Pop” name, logo, visual identity, photography, copy, source code, and all site components are the exclusive property of NOVIANTIS INC. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission, or alteration, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.

6. Reporting illegal content (French LCEN)
Pursuant to Article 6-I-5 of the French Act for Confidence in the Digital Economy (LCEN), any manifestly illegal content accessible via the Service may be reported to hello@popnail.co.
The notice must include:
- The date of the notice.
- Your full identity (name, profession, domicile, nationality, date and place of birth for individuals; corporate name, legal form, registered office and legal representative for entities).
- The recipient’s name and domicile (or corporate name and registered office).
- Description of the disputed facts and their precise location (URL).
- The legal grounds and factual justifications for removal.
- A copy of the correspondence sent to the author or publisher requesting interruption, removal or modification, or proof that the author or publisher could not be contacted.
For reports falling within French authorities’ jurisdiction, you may also use the PHAROS platform: internet-signalement.gouv.fr.

8. Consumer mediation (EU customers)

Noviantis will join a conventional mediation scheme during fiscal year 2026; the contact details will be published here as soon as available.
