Shipping Policy
Where we ship
Nail Pop currently ships only within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. International shipping is planned for late 2026.
Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on all orders, no minimum.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment is captured. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Transit time
Standard shipping transit is 2 to 5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location relative to our fulfillment center. Most customers receive their order within 3 to 7 calendar days from placing it.
Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the destination ZIP code and order weight. The carrier is selected to optimize delivery speed.
Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email at hello@popnail.co’s sender address as soon as your order is dispatched, with a tracking number and a tracking link. If you don’t see it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email us.
Delivery issues
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find the package:
- Check with your neighbors and household members.
- Look around the delivery area, including porches, side doors, and mailboxes.
- Wait 24 hours: carriers sometimes mark as delivered prematurely.
If after 48 hours the package is still missing, email hello@popnail.co with your order number. We’ll file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Address accuracy
We ship to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If you realize you entered the wrong address, email hello@popnail.co immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address. Once shipped, you’ll need to coordinate with the carrier or return the package for a re-ship.
